A stakeholder forum made up of NGOs, researchers, homeless and former homeless persons, church leaders and city officials, coordinating homeless responses in the City of Tshwane, and lobbying to places homelessness central through awareness-raising, dispelling of myths, appropriate policy and strategies, and appropriate investment

National Homeless Network
Launched in 2017, the National Homeless Network represents over 20 organisations in 6 South African cities, and focuses on four activities:
- advocating for the homeless with national government and supporting advocacy at provincial and municipal levels
- liasing at all levels with government departments and institutions
- sharing information on best practice and policies from across SA and the world
- sharing research and developing a common research agenda

Institute of Global Homelessness
The Institute of Global Homelessness (IGH) at the DePaul University in Chicago supports an emerging global movement to end street homelessness. As a first step toward achieving this goal, we are working with key global strategic partners to eradicate street homelessness in 150 cities around the world by 2030.
